Decorated Bike and Wagon Registration Form
This is open to any age. If children are to young to ride a bike them decorate their wagon! Let your children use their imagination while decorating. There is no set theme so let their creativity shine!
All participants will receive a book as a participation gift with the top winner receiving a prize.(T.B.D)
Please bring a copy of your registration acknowledgement along with your $2 entry fee and bike to the gazebo at 11:30 a.m. Judging starts at Noon

By submitting this form electronically, you agree that you are the above child’s parent or legal guardian and hereby give permission for Santa’s Pantry, to use your child’s picture and/or name in any publicity deemed necessary for the promotion of this event or future events at no compensation
You also agree that your child is physically fit to participate in the bike/wagon contest and that you understand they are participating at their own risk.
You also agree that your above named child, yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on your behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release and discharge Santa’s Pantry, its members, volunteers, officials and any sponsoring body, their successors and assigns, from any and all claims or cause of action you may have for all personal injuries or property damages caused by or arising out of the event and its related activities.
