Above all else, our board members must truly have a passion for spreading kindness and helping others. Board members are required to attend 9 out of 12 monthly board meetings and attend and help at the Karsyn Bell festival, Elkhart's Pay It Forward Day Festival and events that are fundraisers specifically for Santa's Pantry. Board members are encouraged to attend and help at all other events but it is not required. Board members help to plan events, promote events and vote on necessary issues.
