ONLY $10 FOR INDIVIDUALS OR $20 FOR A FAMILY OF 5.
SO COME ON OUT AND REGISTER THE DAY OF THE EVENT!

This is a Family-Friendly event. We encourage all "Santa Helpers" to dress in Santa suits or something "Christmasy". We welcome reindeer, elves, snowmen, Christmas packages, or if you just want to wear a Santa Hat or wrap garland around your head, that's fine too. Just something "Christmasy" needs to be worn by everyone participating. If you have small children that will ride in a stroller or wagon then you're welcome to decorate the wagon instead of the child.

This is not a timed race or competition. We will let those that want to run go first however. This is intended for families to have fun while "Paying It Forward" and helping others with their registration donation. The 5K (approx. 3 mi.) walk and run will start at Nibco Ice Rink and follow the riverwalk down and through Island and Bicentenniel Parks and finish back at Nibco Ice Rink. The 1K (approx. 1/2 mi.) Leisurly walk will start at Nibco Ice Rink, follow Nibco Parkway to Lexington, turn onto Waterfall and circle back to Nibco.

Why should you do this walk? Besides the fact that it's a great way to spend quality time with your family and it's the only event of this kind in the Michiana area, you are Paying It Forward! Registration is only $10 for individuals and $20 for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). For every $1 donated, 7 people can be fed. So if your family of 5 registers, you're helping to feed almost 100 people. That's a pretty awesome Christmas gift we think!

All dogs must be on a leash and you must bring a bag to clean up after them.
